How to use:

Use Gardeners body oil as an indulgent daily moisturising body oil, or as a body massage oil, or simply add to your bath to aid relaxation.

Directions:

Apply Gardeners Natural Body Oil after bathing or showering while your skin is slightly damp. Warm a small amount in your palms and massage gently into skin, focusing on areas that need extra care.

For muscle-comforting bath, add a capful of oil to warm, running water, then sit back and relax.

Allow the oil to absorb fully into your skin before dressing as essential oils can stain clothes.
